The following vehicles are detained in accordance with the law due to road traffic violations or accidents, and have not been processed or collected within the specified time, according to the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on Road Traffic Accident Handling Procedures", "Road Traffic Safety Regulations of Guangdong Province" The driver or owner of the vehicle is requested to hold the relevant procedures or documents from the date of the announcement to the traffic police brigade where the vehicle is detained for processing. If it is not processed or collected after 3 months after the announcement, the impounded vehicle will be disposed of in accordance with the law.
