On April 18, the 23rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 18th People's Congress of Pu'an County was held. The composition of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress should be 29 people, but the actual number of people is 23, and the number of attendees meets the quorum.
The meeting listened, deliberated and approved the report of the law enforcement inspection team of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress on inspecting the implementation of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities" and the "Regulations on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Guizhou Province", the report on the implementation of the "Regulations on the Protection of Cultural Relics in Guizhou Province", and the report (draft) of the county people's government on the adjustment and use of new general bond funds in Pu'an County in 2024 for provincial re-lending cities and counties.
The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the cause of the disabled, fully understand the importance of developing the cause of the disabled, attach great importance to and care for the work of the disabled, increase the publicity and implementation of the "one law and one regulation" for the protection of the disabled, benchmark the work responsibilities stipulated in the "one law and one regulation" for the protection of the disabled, and perform the functions and responsibilities of organizing, coordinating, guiding, and supervising the work of the disabled in accordance with the law, so that each performs its own duties and closely cooperates, and strives to form a joint management, The work pattern of linkage and cooperation, continuously improve the construction of the public service system and the security system, and jointly promote the development of the cause of persons with disabilities. It is necessary to intensify the implementation of laws and regulations on the protection of cultural relics, deepen the publicity and popularization of laws and regulations, and cultural relics knowledge, continuously improve the county's concept of the rule of law for the protection of cultural relics, realize the normalization and long-term effect of cultural relics protection, and promote the protection of cultural relics in Pu'an County to a new level. It is necessary to strengthen the management of bond funds, earnestly select and select bond projects, do a good job in monitoring, assessing and warning debt risks, and effectively prevent debt risks. Make good use of national fiscal and financial policies, and give full play to the important role of bond funds in helping the high-quality economic and social development of our county.
The meeting also voted to approve relevant personnel matters.
