Today (April 19), Zhoujiaqiao Sub-district held the 2024 Community Congress and the "Suhe Zhouqiao, Co-city and Family" Community Co-construction, Co-governance and Sharing Promotion Meeting. At the meeting, the street 2024 practical projects for the private sector were announced, involving 24 items in 8 categories, such as convenient facilities, assistance for the elderly and the disabled, and care for young and young children.
The conference listened to the "2024 Street Work Report". In the past year, Zhoujiaqiao Street has deeply practiced the important concept of "People's City", focused on high-quality development, high-quality life and efficient governance, continuously improved the level of people's livelihood and well-being and the modernization of grassroots governance, successfully completed various key tasks and practical projects for people's livelihood in the year, created a new situation in community governance, and handed over the answer sheet to the masses with actual results. In 2024, Zhoujiaqiao Street will strengthen its confidence in development, give full play to the geographical advantages of the Suhe River, rely on the community governance brand of "Suhe River in the same week, in the same city", and make efforts from seven aspects, including party building integration, economic development, people's livelihood services, community management, social governance, safety construction and government construction, to promote the work of the street to be in-depth and practical, so as to strive to build "four forces and four cities" in Changning and accelerate the construction of an international boutique urban area with world influence.
At the meeting, the Zhoujiaqiao Police Station of the Changning Public Security Bureau, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team of Zhoujiaqiao Street of Changning District, the General Party Branch of the Fifth Residential District, and the Hongqiao Riverside Garden Industry Committee made exchange speeches, and conducted a satisfaction evaluation on the performance of each unit on the spot.

The conference also commended the 2023 "Fellow Weekly Talent - Autonomy Star", the "Same City and Family" Excellent Parlor Autonomy Project and the 2024 "Charity Star". The functional departments of the street have accepted the "2024 Street Key Work Project Task Book".

Convenient facilities
18 elevators were installed in existing multi-storey residential buildings, and 8 were started;
Full coverage to promote the three modes of residents' self-management, insurance maintenance, property maintenance and ladder maintenance;
Continue to promote the construction of 130,000 square meters of high-quality residential areas, and start construction of about 36,000 square meters;
The new Ningju Lisu River Tongzhou Party and Mass Service Station, Tongzhouyuan Party and Mass Service Station, Neighborhood Hui, and Jinyang "Neighbor" Distance Convenience Service Point.
Helping the elderly and the disabled
Completed the renovation of 30 households for the elderly;
New Gunan Le Neighbor Home and Tianshan Riverside Meal Assistance for the Elderly;
Added a pension service station at the door of Tianshan Huating;
Carried out smart water meter safety monitoring services for 58 elderly households living alone;
Completed the renovation of barrier-free facilities for 30 disabled families.
Childcare
Two summer nursery classes for primary school students and one winter nursery class for primary school students were opened.
Employment and entrepreneurship
4 job fairs were held, with a total of 92 recruiting units and 649 people intended.
Medical care

Culture and sports
renovate the basketball court of Hongqiao Riverside Park;
New Tianshan Huating and Ningkang Community Citizen Puzzle Fitness Garden;
renovate the railway public housing community citizen puzzle fitness court;
Launched 1 demonstration site for public cultural services in residential areas;
Launched no less than 20 public welfare theatrical performances, 40 reading promotion activities, 100 community public welfare film screening services, and 100 art tours, exhibitions, micro-tours and other special activities;
The municipal and district distribution literary and artistic guidance shall not be less than 180 class hours.
Public safety
Promote the renewal and operation and maintenance of IC access control in 439 old residential areas (three-year plan);
Completed the pruning of trees with potential safety hazards in 50 old residential areas.
Improvement of greening quality
construction of "home +" green pocket park;
Build a 1,500-square-meter "Photosynthetic Paradise" habitat garden.
After the meeting, the community professional committee reviewed the "2024 Street Work Report", and discussed and exchanged views on the construction of "beautiful neighborhoods and beautiful homes" in combination with the hot and difficult issues that the masses and enterprises are concerned about.
