Board writing is an indispensable part of teaching, and as one of the teaching skills, it plays an important role in classroom teaching. In order to further improve the basic teaching skills of young teachers, build a display stage for young teachers, and build a team of high-quality and skilled teachers, the basic teaching skills training of young teachers in Tianqi Primary School will start on April 8, 2024. This semester, the training focuses on the basic skills of board writing.
The training adopts a combination of online and offline methods, and every week Zhao Jianmin will send teaching videos and examples in the group. During the practice, if the young teachers encounter difficulties, the two writing teachers of the school will guide them at any time, and the young teachers will communicate with each other on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then make presentations.
