It is recommended to do a good job in advance to prevent geological disasters such as debris flows, landslides, and collapses, as well as disasters such as mountain floods, urban and rural waterlogging, and floods in small and medium-sized rivers. And pay attention to the adverse effects of strong convective weather such as thunderstorms, strong winds, and hail.
1. Weather conditions
Affected by the upper-level trough, the low-level shear line and the southward movement of weak cold air on the ground, significant heavy rainfall and strong convective weather occurred in Zhaoping County. According to the statistics of 23 automatic rainfall stations in the county, from 20 o'clock on the 17th to 14 o'clock on the 19th, there were 14 stations with rainfall of more than 50.0 mm, and the maximum rainfall occurred in Shazi Village, Fuluo Town (88.0 mm), 25.0~49.9 mm 9 stations (see attached map), and some towns and villages experienced instantaneous gales of 6~7, and the maximum wind speed appeared in Majiang Shapo Village (14.7m/s, 7).

1. 2. The strong convective weather in this round of the process is obvious and catastrophic, so it is recommended that the relevant departments do a good job in the safety risk management of transportation, tourism, outdoor activities, temporary structures and other things. Pay attention to the risks of high-altitude work facilities, factory sheds, billboards, collapse of dilapidated houses and lodging trees caused by extreme thunderstorms and strong winds, and do a good job of wind protection.
