Liu Chong said that generally speaking, common rural sewage is mainly divided into three categories, one is kitchen drainage, including washing water, pots and pans washing water, etc., the second is toilet drainage, including feces and toilet flushing water, etc., and the third is domestic drainage, including laundry water, bath water, washing water, etc. This sewage will not only cause damage to the natural ecology, but also cause a series of negative impacts on the production and life of the villagers. From the perspective of "perception", when walking into the countryside, it is found that the sewage in and outside the village is cross-flowing, and the rivers and ponds are black and smelly, the first feeling is that the living environment of this place is poor, and it is out of touch with the modern civilized way of life, and the outsiders are reluctant to come again, and the locals can not keep it; from the health point of view, the rural sewage often contains a large amount of human and animal manure, which is discharged into the ditch and pond without treatment, which will form a hotbed for the breeding of disease vectors, which may induce a variety of diseases and seriously endanger people's physical and mental health; from the ecological point of view, the indiscriminate discharge of sewage will also directly pollute the surface water, In severe cases, ecological environments such as groundwater, soil, and air will destroy biodiversity, lead to ecological imbalance, and even form complex environmental problems such as "black and odorous ditches and ponds", casting a shadow on rural development.
To this end, Liu Chong believes that domestic sewage treatment is a complex livelihood project, not only to strengthen government guidance, but also to pay attention to the participation of the masses, the government to set up a good platform, point out the way, the people can effectively participate, will have a good governance effect.
