Annual report publicity method 01 online filling
Open the login page of the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (https://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html) and click "Enterprise Information Filling", and fill in the information truthfully one by one.
02 Mobile phone filling
Pay attention to the WeChat public account of "Market Supervision Half Moon Salon", and click on the menu bar below [Annual Report Entry] to report the annual report.
03 Paper filling
Qualified individual industrial and commercial households can fill in the form online. Those who do not have the conditions for filling in the online form can go to the local market supervision bureau with their business license to obtain the "Annual Report Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households", fill in the items truthfully, and submit them to the local market supervision office.
The following is the specific process of filling in the mobile phone application
After entering the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System", click "Enterprise Information Filling", select "Location of Registration Authority", and enter the annual report of the enterprise
(The following takes Beijing as an example, which can be referred to everywhere)
1. Fill in the unified social credit code in the "Unified Social Credit Code/Registration Number" column, the name of the enterprise will automatically pop up, enter the liaison ID card number in the "Industrial and Commercial Liaison ID Number" column, click the left mouse button in the blank space of the page, 3-5 seconds later, the name and mobile phone number of the industrial and commercial liaison will be automatically displayed, and then click "Get Verification Code", enter it after receiving the verification code, and click "Login". Or log in with a one-pass pass or electronic business license.
2. Click "Fill in the annual report" in the upper left corner.
After reading it, "∨" (checkbox) in the small box before "read" below, and then click to confirm. If there is a previous year that has not participated in the annual report, it is necessary to make a supplementary report for the previous year before the current year can be declared.
3. Fill in the basic information. The mailing address, postal code, contact number, e-mail address, existence status, website address, and website information that need to be filled in are the information at the time of submission, and the rest of the information is the information as of December 31 of the reporting year. If there is a website or external guarantee, click the dot before the word "yes" after "whether there is a website or online store", and click the dot before the word "no" if there is no website or external guarantee. Click "Save" when you're done.
4. Fill in the shareholder and capital contribution information, and click "Add" to fill in. (Branches do not need to fill in) in accordance with the articles of association of the company to fill in the amount of shareholders' capital contribution and capital contribution time, each shareholder (promoter) capital contribution information only need to fill in one, shareholders (promoters) subscribed and paid-in capital contribution as of December 31 of the reporting year of the cumulative amount, subscribed and paid-in capital contribution time as of December 31 of the reporting year of the last subscription and paid-in time, capital contribution methods can be selected. Click "Save". If the actual payment has not yet occurred, the actual payment part does not need to be filled in for the time being, and the subscription information can be saved after filling in the subscription information. Note: The system fills in the amount unit of 10,000 yuan by default, and you should pay attention to check the accuracy of the amount when filling in!
5. Fill in the equity change information, click "Equity Change Information" on the left, and then click "Save", if there has been no equity change, you do not need to fill in this information.
Click the "Add" button at the bottom of the page to pop up the page of adding equity change information, fill in the corresponding information, and click the "Save" button to successfully add the equity change information. If you need to modify the information, click "Modify" to pop up the modification page to modify the relevant information. Then click the "Save" button, and the modification is successful. Finally, click the "Save" button to enter the next section of the content page.
6. Fill in the information on foreign investment. Click "Foreign Investment Information" on the left, then click "Add" to fill in the relevant information according to the actual situation, and click "Save" after filling in. If there is no foreign investment, there is no need to fill in this information.
7. Fill in the asset status information. Click "Asset Status Information" on the left to fill in and save. The information on the asset status of the enterprise shall be the annual balance sheet and loss of the enterprise
