Recently, the Baoying Procuratorate prosecuted four defendants, including Yang and Xia, and sentenced the four to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from 2 years and 4 months to 3 years and suspended sentences for the crimes of illegally manufacturing firearms and illegally possessing firearms. The remaining 36 people involved in the case are still under further review by the procuratorate.
