According to Samsung, the 107Gbps LPDDR5X memory delivers a 25% performance increase and a 30% increase in capacity, which expands the mobile DRAM capacity to 32GB in a single package, which means it can better support products in areas such as AI, cloud and automotive.

The LPDDR5X also features a special energy-saving technology that improves efficiency by up to 25%, preserves the battery life of mobile devices, and reduces the cost of power for servers while reducing the energy consumption of data processing.

Samsung also said that this LPDDR5X memory will start mass production in the second half of this year, combined with the new generation of mobile platforms that may come in the second half of the year, perhaps this product will be more active than we imagined, and even directly launch support on the new platform to improve the performance of the terminal, or provide a 32GB memory option for the flagship.
