In 1983, when the Military Command Radio case was declassified, Li Qing realized that his wife was not a traitor, but a martyr

author:Peppers

In 1939, Li Lin was ordered to go to Chongqing on a secret mission. Since then, her husband Li Qing has not received any news from her. As the years passed, Li Qing heard that his wife had fallen in Chongqing, and some people even said that she had rebelled. Li Qing didn't want to believe it, but he couldn't confirm it. It was not until 1983 that a dusty case of the military radio station was declassified, and the truth was finally revealed. Was Li Lin a traitor or a martyr? What did she experience in Chongqing? What secrets does this little-known history hide?

In 1983, when the Military Command Radio case was declassified, Li Qing realized that his wife was not a traitor, but a martyr

1. Li Lin's revolutionary road

Li Lin, formerly known as Yu Jiaying and Yu Shuoqing, was born in Chongqing (now Wulong District, Chongqing) in 1915 in an intellectual family. Her father was a well-known local teacher, and her mother was a virtuous and well-run woman. In such a scholarly family, Li Lin received a good education since she was a child, and developed the habit of loving reading and thinking.

However, Li Lin lived at a time of national crisis. After the September 18 Incident in 1931, the iron hooves of Japanese imperialism trampled on the land of China, and the land was ruined and lives were destroyed. As a hot-blooded young man, Li Lin is determined to devote herself to the revolution and fight for the country and the nation.

In November 1937, Li Lin resolutely bid farewell to her family and went to Yan'an alone. Here, she studied at Northern Shaanxi Public School and Yan'an Military and Political University, where she systematically studied Marxist-Leninist theory and military knowledge. Li Lin was brilliant and hardworking, and soon stood out among her classmates and became an outstanding student in the school.

In October 1938, Li Lin honorably joined the Communist Party of China. After joining the party, she was more strict with herself, and she standardized her words and deeds with the standard of a Communist Party member everywhere. At the same time, Li Lin also met many like-minded comrades-in-arms, including Li Qing (formerly known as Chen Baoqi), who later became her husband. Two young people with the same ideals and a common belief quickly fall in love.

In 1939, after graduating from the Military and Political University, Li Lin was assigned to work in the Yan'an Federation of Literary and Art Circles as a secretary. Here, with her excellent writing skills and excellent organizational skills, she has completed various tasks excellently, and has won unanimous praise from leaders and colleagues.

During Li Lin's work in the Yan'an Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the party organization gave her a special and arduous task - to go to Chongqing, break into the Kuomintang military system, and obtain enemy intelligence. This is undoubtedly a secret operation that will kill you and put you in danger if you are not careful. But Li Lin did not hesitate at all and resolutely accepted this glorious and arduous task.

In October 1939, Li Lin, under the pseudonym Zhang Luping, stepped on a train to Chongqing. Before leaving, she and her husband Li Qing hugged each other tightly, and both of them knew that they didn't know when they would see each other again. However, for the sake of the revolutionary cause, they decided to give up their small family, take care of everyone, and bravely set foot on their respective combat posts.

In this way, with the belief of victory and the trust of the organization, Li Lin, who was only 24 years old, rushed to the front line of the battle without hesitation. In that era of gunpowder, in that city full of spy shadows, a thrilling intelligence war was quietly unfolding. And all of this starts with Li Lin's pseudonym Zhang Luping and becoming the "sister" of Zhang Weilin, a special agent of the military command......

2. The latent military telecommunications station

In 1983, when the Military Command Radio case was declassified, Li Qing realized that his wife was not a traitor, but a martyr

In October 1939, Li Lin assumed the pseudonym Zhang Luping and joined the latent group as Zhang Weilin's sister. Her arrival has provided great convenience to this group lurking in the heart of the enemy.

There are strict regulations within the military command, and no one without family members is allowed to live outside the country, but can only live in dormitories arranged by the military command. Even if there are dependents, they can only go home on weekends and holidays. Although this rule is not very strict when it comes to implementation, a person without family members who suddenly proposes to live outside the country is bound to arouse suspicion.

The appearance of Zhang Luping just solved this problem. Although Zhang Weilin can't go home every day, compared to other military commanders who have no family members, his movement is quite free. This created favorable conditions for him to pass on the information.

However, there are loopholes in this identity arrangement. Zhang Weilin is from Wuxi, while Zhang Luping is from Chongqing, Sichuan, and their accents are obviously different. Even if Zhang Luping can change her accent, her identity and background will not stand up to investigation. Fortunately, although the military command is strict on the surface, it will not be too serious in these details. In this way, Zhang Luping gained a firm foothold in Chongqing as Zhang Weilin's sister.

The undercover team began an intense and orderly intelligence work. Feng Chuanqing, as the director of the General Telecommunications Station of the Military Command, has a large amount of confidential information. Zhang Weilin, Zhao Ligeng, Yang Huan, and others took advantage of their respective positions to collect intelligence from all sides. Through Zhang Luping's hands, this information was continuously transmitted to the Eighth Route Army Office in Chongqing.

Just when the latent group was getting deeper and deeper into the core of the military command, an accident happened. When Zhang Weilin was using the transceiver, the vacuum tube suddenly burned out. This is a normal trivial matter, and the vacuum tube is a consumable, and it will naturally burn out after a long time. Zhang Weilin didn't care too much, and was ready to report and apply for a replacement according to the regulations.

But Zhang Weilin's top boss Xiao Maoru doesn't think so. Xiao Maoru has always been at odds with Zhang Weilin, and this time the vacuum tube was burned, and he believed that Zhang Weilin deliberately sabotaged it, and took the opportunity to confine Zhang Weilin in confinement.

Zhang Weilin panicked, he thought his identity was exposed. So he tried every means to escape from the confinement room and ran to the Eighth Route Army office for refuge. After Ye Jianying learned of this, he analyzed that Zhang Weilin was making a big fuss. He persuaded Zhang Weilin to go back to Wei Yisan as soon as possible to intercede, so as to get rid of the current passive situation.

Facts have proved that Ye Jianying's judgment is correct. After Zhang Weilin fled, the military commander did not take any action against the office of the Eighth Route Army. But after Zhang Weilin returned to the military command, he was immediately arrested. It turned out that during his escape, the military commanders had searched his residence and found a large amount of evidence confirming that he was an underground party member.

The news of Zhang Weilin's arrest soon reached the ears of Feng Chuanqing, who was on duty. Feng Chuanqing realized that the matter was exposed, and he quickly hid in the basement of the military command compound, escaped from an air-raid shelter, and came to the office of the Eighth Route Army. After Ye Jianying learned of the situation, he immediately arranged for someone to send Feng Chuanqing to Yan'an.

Unfortunately, the good times did not last long, and the next day, Feng Chuanqing was arrested by the military commander at Qingmu Pass in Shapingba, Chongqing. It turned out that Ye Jianying was ill-conceived when arranging Feng Chuanqing's evacuation. Feng Chuanqing has a face full of pockmarks, which is very conspicuous. In the case of a city-wide search and arrest by the military command, a rash transfer is tantamount to throwing yourself into a trap.

At the same time as Feng Chuanqing was arrested, the military commanders also followed the vine and quickly wiped out Zhang Luping, Zhao Ligeng, Yang Xun and other hidden personnel. It turned out that Zhang Luping made a mistake before leaving, she left her mother's address at home. The military commander followed this clue and quickly locked on Zhang Luping, who was taking care of her sick mother in her hometown.

At this point, this underground party group that had been lurking in the Central Military Telecommunications Station for half a year was completely wiped out. Zhang Weilin, Feng Chuanqing, Zhang Luping and other 7 people all fell into the hands of the enemy. A thrilling lurk war is over.

3. The Fall of the Sleeper Group

In April 1940, an unexpected event occurred that became the fuse for the collapse of this latent group.

On that day, when Zhang Weilin was using the transceiver, the vacuum tube suddenly burned out. This is a normal trivial matter, and the vacuum tube, as a consumable, will naturally be damaged after a long time.

At the same time that Zhang Weilin was arrested, Feng Chuanqing, who was on duty, realized that the matter had been revealed, and he quickly hid in the basement of the military command compound, escaped from an air-raid shelter, and came to the office of the Eighth Route Army.

After Zhang Luping was arrested, the military commanders tortured her in a vain attempt to obtain evidence from her mouth of contact with the Eighth Route Army office. However, the witty Zhang Luping had already seen through the enemy's conspiracy. Whenever she passed by the office of the Eighth Route Army at No. 50 Zeng Jiayan, she acted as if nothing had happened, no different from other pedestrians on the street, and when she met familiar comrades, she also pretended not to know them, and skillfully concealed the eyes of the enemy.

In addition to the mutinous An Wenyuan, the other sleepers also behaved very tenaciously in prison. In the face of severe torture by the enemy, they would rather die than give in, and did not reveal the slightest party secret.

Although An Wenyuan defected, he also failed to provide evidence of the contact between the undercover team and the Eighth Route Army office. It turned out that except for Zhang Luping, Feng Chuanqing, and Zhang Weilin, the other members thought that they belonged to the leadership of the Chongqing underground party, and did not know that they were directly under the orders of the Eighth Route Army Office. This is a firewall that is set in advance, so that even if there is a traitor, it will not endanger the entire latent network.

In 1983, when the Military Command Radio case was declassified, Li Qing realized that his wife was not a traitor, but a martyr

In this way, this latent group, which had been hidden in the military command for half a year, finally collapsed. On July 14, 1945, the military commander killed seven people, including Zhang Luping, Zhang Weilin, Feng Chuanqing, Zhao Ligeng, Yang Wei, Chen Guozhu, and Wang Xizhen, in Xifeng Kuaihuoling. As for the traitor An Wenyuan, he did not end well, and in 1949, he was treated as an unreliable person by the military commanders.

Zhang Luping was tortured in prison, but she never gave in. Even on the execution ground, she still held her head high, and expressed her contempt for the enemy and her belief in the victory of the revolution with her determined eyes. Before her execution, Zhang Luping shouted "Long live the Communist Party of China" and bravely took up justice at the age of 30.

Zhang Weilin, Feng Chuanqing and others also behaved bravely and fearlessly. In the face of the enemy's butcher's knife, they did not have the slightest fear, sang the "Internationale" highly, and composed a revolutionary hymn with their lives.

The destruction of the latent group was a great loss for our party on the hidden front behind enemy lines during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. However, their sacrifice was exchanged for more valuable information, which provided strong support for our party in its struggle against the enemy. With their blood and lives, they composed a heroic hymn that shocked the world and wept ghosts and gods, and their deeds will always be remembered and admired by future generations.

Fourth, the truth is revealed

On July 14, 1945, Zhang Luping, Zhang Weilin, Feng Chuanqing, Zhao Ligeng, Yang Xun, Chen Guozhu, Wang Xizhen and other seven Communist Party members lurking in the military command bravely took up their lives in Xifeng Kuaihuoling. With their blood and lives, they composed a revolutionary hymn that can be sung and wept.

However, due to the special circumstances and the need for secrecy at the time, the deeds of these heroes were not immediately made public. On the contrary, due to various reasons, there was an absurd statement that Zhang Luping was a martyr and Li Lin was a traitor.

Li Lin's husband, Li Qing, has been anxiously waiting for news from his wife after she went on a mission in Chongqing. He repeatedly asked comrades who had returned from Chongqing about his wife's condition, but he always received ambiguous answers.

Some people say that Li Lin has changed, often dressing up in fancy ways, and going in and out of various occasions in Chongqing. It was also said that Li Lin was very close to some military commanders.

Li Qing resolutely did not believe these rumors. He knew his wife, Li Lin was a staunch Communist Party member, and it was impossible for him to do such a thing.

However, in 1943, a leader suddenly told Li Qing that Li Lin had defected. The news was like a bolt from the blue, and Li Qing couldn't believe his ears.

He refused to accept this fact, convinced that his wife would not rebel. However, as time passed, Li Qing's heart began to waver. What is the wife doing in Chongqing? Why is there no news? Is it really as others say......

In 1983, when the Military Command Radio case was declassified, Li Qing realized that his wife was not a traitor, but a martyr

Li Qing fell into deep pain and self-blame. He blamed himself for failing to protect his wife and leaving her alone to fight in the heart of the enemy. He even began to wonder if his decision to let his wife go was the right one.

In this way, Li Qing spent a long time in torment and waiting. Until the founding of New China, Li Lin did not come back. Li Qing was almost desperate, he thought that his wife had really rebelled and would never come back.

In 1983, Li Qing, who had become the Minister of Communications, suddenly received a special document. This document completely rewrote Li Qing's perception of his wife, and also made the truth that had been sealed for many years finally come to light.

It turned out that as early as 1983, Lei Yingfu, Zhang Luping's direct leader, submitted a material to the organization, affirming Zhang Luping's party membership, as well as her work and achievements on the secret front in Chongqing.

At the same time, Lei Yingfu also called Marshal Ye Jianying and asked him to confirm Zhang Luping's identity. After Ye Shuai received the call, he said excitedly: "Isn't Zhang Luping the one who did it!"

"Do a job" is Li Lin's nickname during the Yan'an period. Because Li Lin can sing and dance, and is especially good at conducting and leading the song "Do a Job", everyone affectionately calls her "Do a Job".

Ye Shuai's words undoubtedly confirmed a fact: Zhang Luping is Li Lin. She is not a traitor, but a heroic revolutionary martyr!

When Li Qing saw his wife's martyr's posthumous identification document, he could no longer control his tears. Years of pain, doubt, and self-blame all came to naught in this moment. His wife, a true hero!

Li Qing trembled and stroked the photo of his wife, and kept chanting: "She is not a traitor! She is not a traitor!" Tears blurred his eyes and blurred his wife's face in the photo.

After 44 years, Li Qing finally waited for news from his wife. Although, the news came too late, decades late. However, the truth was finally revealed, and justice triumphed over lies.

Li Lin, the revolutionary martyr who fulfilled his oath with his life and blood, finally returned to people's field of vision with his true face. Her deeds will forever be engraved on the monument of history and inspire future generations to continue to move forward.

And Li Qing can finally comfort his wife in the spirit of heaven: You did not sacrifice in vain, and your husband did not live up to you.
