The problem reported by friends is that the "SMS forwarding" setting item cannot be found in the IMessage settings of IPhone, and today I will write another article to solve this problem for you.
The Apple ecosystem is very simple to achieve SMS synchronization, no need for any third-party applications, native IMessage can be easily handled, and it can also be replied to SMS on any device, but it has one of the most important prerequisites, that is, you must log in to the same Apple ID, as we all know, whether it is Android SMS or Apple's IMessage, there is no forwarding function in itself, so the Apple ecosystem can be synchronized, that is because the same Apple is needed ID。
1. Open the IMessage setting page according to the path, [Settings]/[Information] [Send and Receive], which is very important here, and whether it is successful or not depends on whether it is set correctly.
2. Open the [Send and Receive] page, as long as you log in to the same Apple ID in the Apple ecosystem, the phone numbers of all your iPhone, iPad, Mac and other devices will be displayed here, as well as your Apple ID.
3. Open the [SMS Forwarding] page, add your main machine to it, how to add it, you only need to choose it, you need to remember the name of the main machine, that is, the "name" in [Settings]/[General]/[About this machine].
At this point, it has been set up, and all your spare IPhone, iPad, Mac, and other Apple devices, as long as you receive a text message, will be forwarded to your main machine as soon as possible, for friends who use multiple IPhones at the same time, this solution is still very practical.
