On April 11, 2024, the Social Work Department of the Tuoketuo County Committee of the Communist Party of China was established. The establishment of the Social Work Department of the county party committee marks a solid and critical step in the establishment of the social work department of the county party committee, and also opens a new journey for the county to build a social governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing. As a functional department of the county party committee, the social work department of the county party committee is responsible for coordinating and guiding the people's petition work, guiding the collection of people's suggestions, coordinating and promoting party building to lead grassroots governance and grassroots political power construction, improving and implementing the leadership system and working mechanism of party building leading grassroots governance, unified leadership and coordination to promote the deepening reform and transformation and development of the county's industry associations and chambers of commerce, and guiding the "two enterprises and three new" (mixed-ownership enterprises, non-public enterprises and new economic organizations, new social organizations, New employment groups) Party building work, guiding the construction of social work talent teams, and responsible for the overall planning, supervision and inspection of volunteer service work. At present, the work of personnel transfer and personnel arrangement of internal institutions is being carried out.
