I originally lived in the Netherlands, but because of my strong ability to survive, most countries in the world can raise them, and after long-term domestication and systematic selection in various countries, I have my "relatives" all over the world.
For example, China's highest milk producing cow, the Chinese Holstein dairy cow, was gradually formed by cross-breeding with Chinese cattle at the end of the 19th century.

I could have relied on my appearance, but I had to rely on strength. The milk we produce is thick, with an average fat content of 3.6% compared to regular milk, a milk fat rate of 4.6%, and a higher protein content, making it ideal for dairy products such as butter, cheese and ice cream.
Although the milk production is not as good as Holstein milk, because of our small size, the milk production is also very impressive, and we have won the "most efficient" cow award.

As a strong competitor to Juanshan cattle, our Elsha cattle are also considered to be one of the most beautiful dairy breeds.
Originally living in Elshire, England, but because of its adaptability, we can now be seen in almost all the farms in the world. Our milk is rich in protein and the milk fat/protein ratio is ideal, which is very much in line with modern people's preferences for milk.

Swiss Brown Swiss
Probably the oldest cow in the world
I am the "elder" of the dairy family, the Swiss brown cow. We are recorded as early as 400 BC and are probably the oldest cows in the world.
Although the name is Swiss "brown" cattle, our fur color may also be gray, even black and white. Originally living in the Swiss Alps, he now lives in many pastures in the United States and Australia.
We have big furry ears and docile personalities. Due to the high protein/fat ratio in milk, our milk is also a good ingredient for Swiss cheese.

In terms of appearance, we may not be as good as Juanshan cattle; in terms of milk production, we are not as good as Holstein cattle. But when it comes to milk nutrition, we don't lose any cattle.
Our milk is rich in protein, milk fat, vitamin D, vitamin A and calcium. Because of this, we are also known as "noble cows".
Trivia: The Gensai cow is also the breed with the highest proportion of A2 milk production of all dairy cows.
