3. By participating in the competition, it is deemed that he/she has agreed to all the rules of this event.
Entry Requirements
1. The duration of the entry must be no less than 30 seconds. The video picture is clear and stable, the content is coherent, the color is natural, the sound and picture are synchronized, there is no obvious noise, and there is no watermark logo. Both vertical and horizontal screens are available, with a horizontal screen resolution of 1280*720 or more, a aspect ratio of 16:9, a vertical screen resolution of 720×1280 or more, and a frame ratio of 9:16. There is no restriction on the form of works, and it is encouraged to take the form of creative promotional films, micro-variety shows, talk shows, VLOGs, micro-documentaries, etc., using technical means such as sound and painting, editing skills, and special effects. No watermark is added, and the title and description of the work must be attached.
2. Entries must comply with the "Provisions on the Governance of the Online Information Content Ecosystem", the content must be healthy and uplifting, complete, with attitude, warmth, creativity, and feelings, which can resonate with the public, conform to the core values of socialism, reject vulgar and vulgar kitsch and reactionary and violent content, and must not contain racial discrimination and religious discrimination, must not slander national traditional culture, and must not infringe on the privacy of others.
3. The entries must be original works in 2024, and the creator has the copyright of the work, there is no intellectual property dispute, and it is not allowed to plagiarize or reprint from other places. The copyright, portrait right and all other legal responsibilities involved in the work shall be borne by the creator, and the award-winning videos cannot participate in this competition.
4. The content of the entries should be created closely around the theme, mainly reflecting the charm of "Flowers and Dragons", and the works that have nothing to do with the theme elements will not participate in the selection in principle. Entries should be independent and original, excluding commercial promotion content, not involving any illegal content, and not implanting advertisements.
5. The traffic of the entries (including the number of plays, likes, comments, and retweets) must be natural traffic, and malicious ticket swiping is strictly prohibited.
6. Once the work is submitted, the organizer has the right to publicize and use the work. When using the entries, the organizer respects and reserves the right of authorship of the entries, and there is no additional remuneration for the use of the entries. The organizer can repeatedly publicize, exhibit and broadcast the award-winning entries, and will also select the best and publicize them on provincial, municipal and county-level media platforms.

Judging method
