The People's Procuratorate of Yichun City, Jiangxi Province indicted and alleged: From 1999 to 2023, the defendant Li Dong took advantage of his position as deputy secretary and manager of the Party Committee of Shenhua Zhunger Coal Company, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the Party Committee of Shenhua Group Zhunger Energy Co., Ltd., deputy chief engineer and member of the party group and deputy general manager of Shenhua Group Co., Ltd., and member of the party group and deputy general manager of the State Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. Providing assistance in matters such as job adjustments, and illegally accepting property directly or through others totaling more than 108 million yuan. The procuratorate requested that Li Dong be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of accepting bribes.
