Such service positions such as the Party and Mass Service Center, the Driver's Home, and the Yongai E Home are widely distributed in the parking lots of various trucks and the driver's concentrated residential areas in Beilun, forming a "15-minute driver service circle" integrating government services, party and mass services, and life services.

With party building as a breakthrough, the party committee of the transportation industry in Beilun District was established, and a truck driver management mechanism was formed under the leadership of the district committee, the two new working committees of the district party committee took the lead in grasping the general, the industry party committee took the lead in the supervisor, the member units coordinated and cooperated, and the street community implemented the specific implementation of the truck driver management mechanism.

At the same time, the industry party committee has established a contact and visit mechanism for party committee members, and has built a closed-loop management mechanism for the collection, submission, processing, feedback, and return visit of difficult demands, and has made efforts to solve the practical difficulties of truck drivers from all aspects through various carriers and methods such as project claim, driver face-to-face, and the "Smart Sequence Port City" digital platform.

At the same time, an industrial community will be set up in the gathering area of freight enterprises and truck drivers, and the daily work of party building, public service and social governance in the park will be comprehensively coordinated. In view of the "key little things" such as eating and going to the toilet for truck drivers and the "worries" of family employment and child care, starting from the perspective of people and taking life development as the main line, we have innovatively sorted out the "full-cycle service list", starting from 12 key nodes such as entry, planning, social security, and care, and comprehensively launched 80 service projects, each of which is striving to solve the "worries" of truck drivers.

"Of course, our main concern is the level of salary. "Every truck driver looking for a job wants a higher salary. Xiapu Logistics Industrial Community starts with the wages that truck drivers are most concerned about, and promotes the establishment of a collective bargaining mechanism for industry wages. On the basis of fully understanding the operation of enterprises and the income level of drivers, through collective negotiation of industry wages, the wage level of industries in the region will be reasonably improved.

At present, the "full-cycle service" from point to surface, service standards and projects have gradually covered the whole region, has helped to solve the problem of 825 truck drivers' child care, opened a "card sister-in-law" common wealth workshop, 58 card sisters-in-law employment at the doorstep, helped 230 driver families to increase their income by 1,000 yuan per month, carried out 125 vocational skills training for truck drivers, expanded the vocational skills space of truck drivers, and helped 26 truck drivers successfully transfer jobs.

Today, Zhu Ruishen has become the most beautiful truck driver in Zhejiang Province and the "Good Man of Beilun", and the volunteer team of truck drivers "Red Ants" of which he is the captain has attracted more than 200 registered members to join, and has participated in 5,100 hours of autonomous services such as order maintenance in the park, post station duty, and night patrol.
