3. Recruitment positions and conditions

4. Recruitment Procedures

Applicants shall submit review opinions within 1 day after registration, and shall not refuse to register for any reason if they meet the requirements. (3) Written examination

1. The written test will be conducted in the form of a closed-book examination. The written test only provides the national standard language test paper, with a full score of 100 points, and can only be answered in the national common language. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes.

2. Matters related to the written test will be notified separately on the official website of the registration website "Jungger Banner People's Government". Candidates can take the exam with the admission ticket and the second-generation resident ID card (second-generation temporary ID card or passport).

3. According to the order of the written test results of the candidates for each position from high to low and the number of recruitment plans for the position, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 2:1.

(4) Interview

1. The interview will be conducted in a structured interview, with a full score of 100 points, and the interview results will be announced on the spot.

2. The interview should be answered in the common language of the country, and those who do not answer according to the regulations will be dealt with as zero.

3. Only the interview position is set with a passing score line, and the score line is set at 60 points, and if it does not reach 60 points, it cannot enter the physical examination and inspection link. 4. For positions where both the written test and the interview are conducted, the written test score and the interview score each account for 50% to calculate the total score (kept to two decimal places). For positions that are only interviewed, the score will be calculated on a 100-point scale (to two decimal places).

5. After the interview, according to the order of the total score of the applicants for each position from high to low and the number of people planned to be recruited for the position, the candidates for qualification review, physical examination and inspection will be determined in equal amounts, and the list of personnel will be published on the registration website.

(5) Qualification review

1. The time and place of qualification review will be announced separately on the official website of the registration website "Jungger Banner People's Government".

2. Applicants who enter the qualification review must bring their graduation certificates, degree certificates, electronic registration and filing forms of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education or Chinese higher education qualification certification reports, practice certificates, qualification certificates, second-generation ID cards, original and photocopies of household registration books and relevant materials required by the post conditions to the designated place for qualification review within the specified time.

3. (6) Physical examination and inspection

1. The physical examination items or standards shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Guoren Bu Fa [2005] No. 1). 2. (7) Publicity and employment

During the publicity period, those who have serious problems and have been verified or who voluntarily give up their employment will be disqualified from employment and will be replaced in equal amounts in accordance with the corresponding procedures; After the end of the publicity, the employer shall go through the employment procedures in accordance with the regulations for the proposed personnel who have no objection to the publicity.

The minimum length of service for all recruited positions is 6 years. During the service period, they are not allowed to take the off-the-job for postgraduate examinations, handle secondments and transfers, otherwise they will be dismissed. Applicants who apply for nursing positions in Qizhi public hospitals must serve in the township health centers directly under the management of the public hospitals they apply for for at least two years, otherwise they will be deemed to have automatically terminated the employment contract.

The personnel to be hired should report to the recruiting unit within the specified date, otherwise they will be deemed to have given up automatically, their employment qualifications will be cancelled, and the vacant positions will not be filled.

2. If the person to be hired has any of the following circumstances, the employment qualification shall be cancelled:

(1) Fresh graduates fail to obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates as scheduled;

(2) Before going through the employment filing formalities, they have been newly hired (hired) by other organs and institutions and have been admitted as full-time students;

(3) Those who fail to pass the assessment during the probationary period or at the end of the period;

5. Remuneration

The recruitment of staff in Qizhi public hospitals shall be managed by the establishment and filing system, and the standards of wages, insurance, and benefits shall be implemented with reference to the staff employed in similar positions within the establishment of public institutions.

The salary standards for staff recruited by primary medical and health institutions shall be implemented with reference to the staff employed in the same positions within the establishment of public institutions, and the social insurance standards shall be implemented with reference to the staff employed in the same positions in enterprises.

6. Discipline and supervision

The recruitment process implements a recusal system. The identification and handling of violations of discipline and rules in recruitment work shall be carried out in accordance with the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions" (Order No. 35 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).
