Before the start of the report meeting, Bi Jianhua, Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Beiling Middle School in Yanwo Town, Lijin County, issued a letter of appointment to lawyer Guo Naiyin as the vice principal of Beiling Middle School for the rule of law. At the report meeting, lawyer Guo Naiyin popularized legal knowledge to the students with vivid cases and simple language, and especially explained the problem of school bullying.
