Boluo County is located in the northeast of the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province, adjacent to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Heyuan, etc., with superior location and transportation. The total area of the county is about 2,858 square kilometers, with 15 towns, 2 streets, 1 management committee and 343 administrative villages (communities) under its jurisdiction, with a permanent population of about 1.21 million. There are 795 medical and health institutions at all levels in the county, including 1 tertiary general hospital, 5 secondary public hospitals and 5 private hospitals. Among them, there are 7 county-level medical and health institutions, 3 neighborhood community health service centers, 19 township health centers, 5 social hospitals, 343 village health stations, and 423 village clinics, outpatient departments, and individual clinics. The county's 22 primary medical and health institutions have completed the construction task of "high-quality service at the grassroots level", of which 13 have reached the national basic standards and 9 have reached the national recommended standards, walking in the forefront of the city.

Now, in order to solve the problem of the shortage of rural doctors in our county, improve the structure of the talent team of rural doctors in our county, and improve the overall quality of medical workers, in accordance with the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province" (Yuefu Order No. 301) and the "Notice of the Office of the Health Commission of Guangdong Province on Accelerating the Special Establishment and Open Recruitment of Rural Doctors for College Students (Yueweiban Grassroots Letter [2024] No. 7)" spirit, implement the spirit of "town recruitment and village use" According to the relevant requirements, the Party Group of the Boluo County Health Bureau has decided to openly recruit a total of 5 college students and rural doctors in conjunction with the General Hospital of the County Medical Community. 3. Remuneration

1. If the hired personnel are personnel of public institutions, and those who pass the assessment after the expiration of the probationary period shall go through the formalities for employment in accordance with the regulations.

2. The hired personnel must sign an employment contract and service commitment letter with the employer, and the applicant must promise to serve in the village health station for 6 years, and if he is transferred out of the village health station in our county within the service period (including but not limited to self-request transfer, resignation, voluntary resignation, dismissal, etc.), he shall pay liquidated damages (10% of the total annual salary of the remaining service period) and terminate the employment contract with the employer. The employing personnel shall obtain the corresponding professional qualifications and professional title certificates within two years after taking up the post, and the employer has the right to dismiss them if they fail to obtain them within the time limit.

Fourth, the application conditions

(1) Personnel who meet the following conditions may sign up for open recruitment:

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

3. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;

4. Have good political quality and moral character;

5. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;

(2) The following persons shall not sign up for open recruitment:

5. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Publish an announcement from April 17, 2024 to the end of the recruitment process.

(2) Time and method of registration and qualification review

1. Registration time: from April 23 to April 28, 2024 (9:00-12:00 a.m.; 14:00-17:30 p.m. on weekdays).

(3) Precautions for registration

1. Candidates must carefully read the requirements of this announcement, accurately grasp the specific conditions of the position they apply for, and register and take the exam in good faith. 2. The "fresh graduates" in this recruitment specifically refer to:

(1) The 2024 graduates of ordinary colleges and vocational schools (non-working) enrolled by the national unified enrollment must promise to obtain the corresponding graduation certificate before July 31, 2024;

(2) Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022 and 2023 (non-working) who are enrolled by the state and have not established personnel or labor relations with the employer from the date of graduation certificate to the first day of registration. 4. Do not apply for positions that constitute a recusal relationship after being hired. Total test score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%. The total score of the examination is rounded to 2 decimal places. If the total score of the candidates for the same position is the same, the ranking will be determined according to the order of the written test scores; if the written test scores are still the same, the ranking will be determined by the order of the score of the interview judge; if the score of the interview judge is still the same, the interview will be organized separately. The passing score line for both the written test and the interview is 60 points, and if the written test does not reach 60 points, you will not enter the interview, and if the interview does not reach 60 points, you will not enter the physical examination.

1. Written test

(1) The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner, and the written test score is calculated as 100 points, accounting for 60% of the total score. The passing line for the written test is 60 points. The content of the exam is the professional knowledge of the corresponding position. The written test time is 90 minutes, and the time, place and related matters of the written test are detailed in the "Written Test Admission Ticket".

(2) Candidates can take the written test at the designated place at the specified time with the original valid ID card and the "Written Test Admission Ticket".

(3) The time of the written test result will be announced on the website of the Boluo County Health Bureau and the notice board on the official website of the County Medical Community General Hospital. If candidates have doubts about their written test scores, they can fill in the "Candidate Score Check Registration Form" and send it to the Boluo County Health Bureau for scoring within 3 working days from the date of the announcement of the scores. The Boluo County Health Bureau will give a written reply to the candidates who apply for score checking within 3 working days after receiving the application for score checking, and if the score needs to be changed after verification, the score published online will be changed within 3 working days, and the candidate who is affected by the score change will be notified in time. 2. Interview

Those whose written test scores do not reach the passing line shall not be listed as candidates for interview. The list of shortlisted candidates for interview will be announced on the official website of the Boluo County Health Bureau and the notice board on the official website of the County Medical Community General Hospital.

The interview work is organized in strict accordance with the "Interview Work Specifications for Public Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" and other regulations.

The list of candidates for the interview and the specific time, place, and requirements will be announced on the official website of the Boluo County Health Bureau and the notice board on the official website of the County Medical Community General Hospital. The interviewer shall attend the interview at the designated place at the specified time with the original valid ID card and the original admission ticket. If the interviewee fails to attend the interview at the specified time, it will be deemed to have given up automatically.

(6) Physical examination and inspection

1. Subjects of physical examination. According to the number of recruited positions, the physical examination objects will be determined according to the total score of the examination from high to low within the passing score line.

2. Organize a physical examination. The physical examination must be carried out in strict accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Physical Examination of Public Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" (Yue Ren She Fa [2010] No. 382). Those who fail to pass the physical examination will not be hired, and if there is a vacant position, they will participate in the physical examination from the total score of the post from high to low. The medical examination time will be notified separately.

3. Investigation. Public institutions should strictly implement the provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Inspection of Public Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" (Yue Ren She Fa [2010] No. 276), and conduct a comprehensive, objective and fair inspection of candidates who have passed the physical examination. In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Further Strict Management of Cadre Files" (Zhong Zunfa [2014] No. 9), focus on the review of the files of the inspection objects, and strictly prevent fake age, false academic qualifications, and false resumes. After the inspection, the inspection materials should be written according to the facts, signed by all members of the inspection team, and reviewed and sealed by the unit. If the inspection is unqualified or the employment is abandoned, the candidates for the inspection may be replaced in turn.

(7) Publicity and employment

1. Candidates who pass the physical examination and political examination will be publicized on the portal of the Boluo County Health Bureau and the General Hospital of the County Medical Community for 5 working days.

2. If the candidate has any objection to the publicity, he or she may make a written defense to the Boluo County Health Bureau during the publicity period, and the Boluo County Health Bureau shall give a written reply within 7 working days. If other personnel have objections to the publicity, they may submit objections to the Boluo County Health Bureau during the publicity period, and the Boluo County Health Bureau shall handle it in a timely manner in accordance with law.

At the end of the publicity period, if there is no objection or the objection does not affect the employment, the filing formalities for the personnel to be hired shall be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures and authority.

3. Implement a probationary period system for hiring personnel. The probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract. If the probationary period expires and is unqualified, the employment shall be cancelled.

(8) Alternate hiring

In any of the following circumstances, the Boluo County Health Bureau can make up for it within 7 working days:

The applicant fails to pass the physical examination;

The candidate for the inspection has not been determined to be the person to be hired;

The personnel to be hired cannot be hired as a result of the publicity results;

The person to be hired gives up the employment.

The replacement candidates shall be filled by the qualified candidates with comprehensive results in the same position according to the total score from high to low.

6. Other matters

1. The Boluo County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau supervises the whole process of recruitment to ensure that the recruitment work is carried out in an orderly manner.

2. In the recruitment process, all staff must be fair and impartial, and strictly abide by the relevant regulations and discipline.
