On April 18, the fifth plenary meeting of the Lintao County Youth Work Joint Conference was held. Liu Lijun, convener of the county youth work joint conference and deputy county magistrate of the county government, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

All joint conference units need to identify the entry point and focus point of youth work to share worries and fulfill responsibilities for the party, further stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the vast number of young people, and guide them to take the initiative to integrate into the overall development of Lintao. Third, we should adhere to the youth-oriented, explore the needs of young people, and create a good environment for caring for the all-round development of young people. All member units should promote the in-depth implementation of the "Plan" as a whole, serve the growth and development of young people in an all-round way, and realize the two-way travel between the city and the youth. Fourth, we must strengthen coordination and linkage, pay close attention to the implementation of tasks, and gather a strong joint force to do a good job in youth work. The Communist Youth League and youth work need the joint support of all sectors at all levels in order to do a good job. All member units should strengthen their responsibility, strengthen overall coordination, unite their work, and ensure that they achieve practical results.

Standing at a new starting point and on a new journey, the member units of the joint conference should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Provincial and Municipal Joint Conference on Youth Work, and work together to grasp youth work as a strategic work. Persist in arming young people with the party's scientific theories, and inspire young people with the party's original aspiration and mission.
