The research team stressed that it is necessary to fully understand the basic role of the construction of sports facilities for the cause of national fitness, give full play to the functions and advantages of the CPPCC, actively collect the problems and demands of sports infrastructure construction, solve the problems of the masses' "urgency, difficulty and longing", promote the work from point to point, and transform the advantages of the CPPCC system into grassroots governance efficiency. It is necessary to continuously optimize the distribution of resources, coordinate and promote the construction and upgrading of infrastructure, strengthen the construction of national fitness venues and facilities, improve the supporting policies such as the management and charging of stadiums and facilities in schools, communities, enterprises and institutions, and encourage the existing venues to be opened to the public in an orderly manner. It is necessary to make every effort to do a good job in the preparations for the 18th Provincial Games, learn from advanced experience, coordinate and promote the renovation and upgrading of existing venues, and provide strong support for promoting the high-quality development of old revolutionary areas.
