Before the police arrived, the four people in the truck fled in a bridge car!
The official said that the dog in the truck did not have a quarantine ticket, which must be a violation, and the truck was temporarily detained. Due to the large number of dogs in the car, we are still working with the local animal rescue center to deal with these dogs.
