According to the relevant staff of the Extracurricular Training Supervision Section of the Municipal Education Bureau, the National Integrated Platform for Supervision and Service of Extracurricular Education and Training (website: https://xwpx.eduyun.cn/bmp-web/) is a platform developed by the Ministry of Education, and compliant training institutions will be registered and supervised on the platform. The Ministry of Education has developed the "Extracurricular Training Parents" APP in conjunction with the platform, which is also a free and public welfare official platform, with the aim of safeguarding the rights and interests of students and the safety of parents' training funds.

On this platform, parents can learn more about the qualifications of training institutions, training teachers, training materials, training courses and training classrooms (venues), and check their choices anytime and anywhere.

Up to now, there are 137 off-campus training institutions in the city that have been included in the national supervision platform, and each training institution implements classified management, including 27 academic institutions (managed by the education department), 104 art and sports institutions (managed by the cultural and tourism department), and 6 science and technology institutions (managed by the science and technology department). Institutions that are approved in the later stage will be included in the regulatory platform in a timely manner.

It is reported that all the institutions stationed in the supervision platform have opened bank supervision accounts, and all the training pre-fees paid through WeChat or Alipay are entrusted by banks. After each lesson and confirmation, the lesson fee will be transferred to the institution's account. In the event of a refund dispute, the child's fee for not consuming the lesson time will be refunded to the account in the original way.

The Municipal "Double Reduction" Office reminds that the training institutions that have not entered the supervision platform have not been approved by the competent authorities, and there are potential safety hazards and other problems, and at the same time, the fees paid by parents are free from the supervision, and the interests cannot be guaranteed. Parents can combine the needs of children's growth, scientifically select training courses, reasonably arrange training time, pay for courses through APP, and pay the training fees directly into the fund supervision account of the training institution, and sign the "Extracurricular Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students (Model Text)" with the training institution, ask for a formal invoice, and do not hand over or transfer the training fee to any institution or individual through other channels.
