【Party Discipline Learning and Education】One lesson a day | What circumstances should be given a heavier or heavier punishment in the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China"?

The Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China stipulate that any of the following acts in a disciplinary review shall be punished severely or aggravated:

(1) Coercing or instigating others to violate discipline.

"Forcing others to violate discipline" refers to situations in which the coerced Party member does not have the subjective intention to violate discipline, but against his will, he or she uses coercion or other means to compel him to violate discipline.

"Instigating others to violate discipline" refers to situations of instigating, instigating, or instigating other Party members to violate discipline.

(2) Refusal to hand over or return the proceeds of violating discipline.

(3) After receiving a sanction for violating discipline, they shall receive Party discipline sanctions for intentional violation of discipline.

This is commonly referred to as "recidivism", which refers to the deliberate violation of discipline that should be punished by Party discipline after a Party member has been punished by Party discipline and government affairs for violating discipline.

(4) After receiving a sanction for violating discipline, it is discovered that they did not explain other issues that should be subject to Party discipline sanctions before receiving the sanction.

This is commonly referred to as "missing errors". The conditions for constituting an omission mainly include the following three aspects: First, a Party member who violated discipline was previously subject to a Party disciplinary sanction other than expulsion from the Party, or a governmental sanction, or other sanction; second, the omission of a violation of discipline must have been discovered after the punishment decision took effect; and third, the omission of a violation of discipline must have been carried out before the punishment decision took effect.

After being punished, Party members are found to have violated discipline that they have not previously confessed, indicating that they were disloyal and dishonest to the Party during the previous organizational review, and did not truthfully explain to the organization their disciplinary violations that should be punished by Party discipline, and must be severely punished.

(5) Other circumstances of heavier or aggravated sanctions provided for by internal Party regulations.
