The volunteer recruitment for the 2024 F1 China Grand Prix is based on the selection criteria of "youth army, internationalization, and backbone force", and has been launched in advance since the Spring Festival. Under the overall guiding ideology of "clear job responsibilities, team coordination in place, meticulous and scientific division of labor, and high morale", with the strong support of the Shanghai Municipal Department of Social Work, through effective cooperation with the Youth League Municipal Committee, Jiushi Group and Jiushi Sports Youth League Committee, after nearly two months of strict screening, 317 volunteer candidates were finally determined, of which 20% were youth league members from the Jiushi system.

In order to ensure the actual combat effectiveness of each volunteer, the relevant departments of the event company assisted the Youth League Municipal Committee and other higher-level League organizations to carry out various forms of training such as "online + offline" and "practical operation + teaching", with a coverage rate of 100%. The multi-dimensional, meticulous and vivid training content lasted until the start of the competition, ensuring that every volunteer was fully prepared for the competition.
