Tao Te Ching, Chapter 75 [Original]
The hunger of the people, as much as the food tax on it, is hunger.
The people are difficult to govern, and it is difficult to govern with what is done above.
The light death of the people, with the thickness of survival on it, is to die lightly.
The husband is the only one who has no way to live, and he is virtuous in his life.

18. When you are morally confident, you can be happy in life.
The third proverb in this chapter is:
"The husband is the only one who has no way to live, and he is virtuous in your life. ”
The core of this sentence is that only when you are morally confident can you be happy in life.
Everyone wants to be happy, everyone wants to live forever, is there a way?
Yes, moral self-confidence - moral self-confidence, life is happy.
However, moral self-confidence is not the same as believing in morality, believing often stays at the level of "knowing", but "self-confidence" is because it is practiced and effective.
Everyone's conviction comes from personal confirmation, and this kind of faith from the heart is the most powerful source of strength for a person.
If we are moral confidence, this energy will help us hold up a giant umbrella, not only to shelter us from the wind and rain on the way forward, but also to gather more people to come under the umbrella and walk hand in hand with us.
A morally confident person cherishes happiness, peace, and life.
- Because we cherish happiness, we will not oppress others;
- Because we cherish peace, we will not make trouble without incident;
- Because we value life, we won't push others to a dead end.
A morally confident person never thinks about himself, he tries his best to make the environment harmonious, and as a result, he grows himself, and he focuses on peace of mind, and as a result, he is strong because he has no desire.
Learning to use the Tao Te Ching is to make us a morally confident person.
We should understand: our own life to study on the earth is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for further study, everyone can change the direction of fate through the accumulation of merits and virtues of "virtuous and noble students", but their lives must be changed by themselves, and others have no choice.

If you are kind to others, you will be better for yourself, and if you make others feel bad, you will not be better off yourself.
For example, more and less:
- When the king decreases his endowment, the people become rich, and the people become rich, and the country is stable.
- On the body, as long as it is not excessively consumed, the body itself can recuperate, and we have the foundation to realize the ideal.
For example, difficult and easy:
- If the king is doing something, the people will be troubled, and if the king is inactive, the people will be fine.
- On the body, as long as it does not disturb the natural laws of the body, the calmer the mind, the healthier the body. When people can't even feel their bodies, they don't break their hearts for their bodies.
For example, life and death:
- The king is well-born, and the people die lightly, and the king dedicates, and the people also serve the country.
- Putting it on the body, over-maintenance, and indiscriminate taking of medicine can sometimes backfire - borrowing external forces is often to drink water to quench thirst, and once you destroy the Great Wall, foreign enemies will inevitably invade.
If you want to be morally confident, you must first understand morality, otherwise you will not be able to live if you are not clear, and if you are not virtuous, you will be unstable.
The Great Dao is loving to everyone, and the Universal Law never makes mistakes:
What we get is what we deserve, and what we don't get is a mismatch.
Let your heart be right with the door, so that you can enjoy life with peace of mind.
Everyone can implant two sub-programs of good luck and success into themselves if they want to.
The subroutines of good luck are:
"I have come to give in this life, not to ask for and pick up bargains. ”
Successful subroutines are:
"My greatest wish is to spread my love and hold hands with everyone towards physical and mental harmony, family harmony, career harmony and world harmony. ”
Whatever heart we have, life manifests itself. The fundamental strategy of life is the construction of spiritual quality, which is related to the cohesion of spirit and spirit.
Therefore, only when you are morally confident can you be happy in life.
