The Zhufeng Border Management Office is subordinate to the Tibet Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station of the National Immigration Administration. It is the main law enforcement unit in the Everest Nature Reserve, located on the road leading to the north slope of Mount Everest, and is also one of the highest police stations, with an altitude of 5,200 meters above sea level. Here, police officers are faced with harsh weather conditions, harsh conditions at high altitudes, and heavy work tasks to provide safety and services for tourists and mountaineers.
The medical team conducted a detailed physical examination for the "Everest Guardians", including blood pressure, heart rate, cardiopulmonary auscultation, spinal joint examination and other examinations, and sent medicines and condolences to them, popularized the knowledge of altitude disease prevention, and carried out psychological services.
After waving goodbye to the "Everest Guardians", the medical team set foot on the road again and came to the second stop of the patrol: Zhangmu Port. The medical team members conducted physical examinations for several border policemen stationed at Zhangmu Port, provided relevant medicines for the health problems of the policemen, and preached the precautions for the prevention of common and high-incidence diseases in this place and popularized science.
During the inspection, the people's police and auxiliary police actively inquired about the medical team, and the medical team members explained the problems reported by everyone on the spot through on-site inquiry, pressure measurement, interpretation of physical examination reports, health consultation, etc., and analyzed the causes of the existence of the people's auxiliary police in the border area from a professional point of view, so that the people's police and auxiliary police could better understand their own physical health;
