According to the Cuban Embassy in China, direct flights from Air China to Havana will resume on May 17.
According to Air China, Air China plans to open a new route to Beijing Capital = Madrid = Havana from May 17, with two flights per week.
Previously, Air China had operated the Beijing Capital = Montreal (stopover) = Havana route since 2015, with flight numbers CA879/880 three times a week, all stopping in Montreal, Canada, and the route was operated by Boeing 777-300ER wide-body aircraft.
