Writing Classics Online Exhibition No. 1305 - Gao Biao (Tang) "To the Snow"

author:Hao Yi's life

Tang Dynasty poet Gao Biao's "To the Snow" is really beautiful to the heart, come and enjoy it!

The poem "To the Snow" is just four sentences, but it shows the purity and beauty of snow to the fullest.

The first sentence, "When the six flying flowers enter the house", vividly depicts the scene of snowflakes falling, as if those crystal clear snowflakes are dancing and gently flying into the house. Then, "sit and watch the green bamboo turn into Qiongzhi", the poet sat in front of the window and quietly watched the green bamboo turn into beautiful Qiongzhi and jade leaves under the decoration of snow.

This picture not only shows the magic of snow, but also expresses the poet's inner peace and joy.

In the last two sentences, "Now it is good to look at the tall building, covering all the evil roads in the world", the poet climbed the tall building, overlooking the earth, only to see the snow, covering all the ruggedness of the world. This is both a celebration of snow and a yearning for a better world.

This poem uses concise and clear language to express the love of snow and the pursuit of a better world. In the cold winter, let us enjoy this song "To the Snow" together and feel the purity and beauty.

Gao Biao's "To the Snow" not only depicts the beauty of snowflakes, but also expresses the yearning for a better world. In this winter, let's feel the purity and beauty of snowflakes together!

Poetry Commentary:

The snowflakes fluttered into the window, and I sat in front of the window and watched the green bamboo turn as white as jade. At this time, I happened to climb the tall building to look into the distance, and all the treacherous forks in the road in the world were covered by heavy snow.
