Miller declared that "in the last few months, we have seen the transfer of some materials from China to Russia, with which Russia has rebuilt its industrial base and produced weapons that have appeared on the battlefield in Ukraine".
It is not difficult to see that the US side is obviously using the Russia-Ukraine conflict to continue to hype up the topic of the so-called "China's aid to Russia", and Blinken's visit to China is somewhat "not a good visitor". It is worth mentioning that earlier US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said something similar at a meeting with representatives of the European Union and NATO. Blinken claimed that China is providing assistance to Russia on a "worrying scale" and providing "tools, materials and technical expertise," especially in the production of optical equipment and rocket fuel, as well as in the space sector that "threatens other countries." To this end, Blinken also announced that corresponding measures will be taken against Chinese organizations and companies that strengthen Russia's industrial base. To put it simply, it is to take the opportunity to sanction China.
In fact, this is not the first time that the United States has hyped up the so-called "China's aid to Russia" topic, a few days ago, a US official also told the media that according to intelligence, about 90% of Russia's microelectronics last year came from China, and Russia used them to make missiles, tanks and planes, as well as improve its satellites and other space technology used in the conflict in Ukraine. In addition, not long ago, US Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell claimed that "China has decided to provide the necessary funds in terms of machinery and equipment, joint use capabilities and various capabilities, which can basically re-equip Russia" and that "the development of closer relations between China and Russia may touch the 'red line' of the United States, that is, the 'core strategic interests' of the United States." On the surface, the Biden administration does not allow the so-called "China to help Russia", but in fact, its ultimate purpose is to use public opinion to prevent close exchanges between China and Russia, and then give itself an excuse to impose various sanctions on China and Russia to suppress China and Russia. In the past, whenever a US official visited China, on the eve of the visit, the US side would always take the opportunity to stir up trouble and first "set rules" for us.
This just shows that the so-called "China's aid to Russia" in the mouth of the US side is completely fabricated out of thin air, and it is groundless slander and smear against the mainland.
