Zhejiang Province ranked second in the regional list with about 13.5 billion yuan in winning bids, and 4 civil construction bids for the Ningbo-Jinhua section (Shaoxing section) of the Ningbo-Jinhua Expressway reconstruction and expansion project, and 2 bids for the Zhuyong Expressway reconstruction and expansion project were successively released.

According to the statistics of the list of winning bids, there were 41 highway projects/bids with a bid amount of more than 500 million yuan and 22 projects with a bid amount of more than 1 billion yuan in March. One of the largest projects/engineering bids is the general contracting project for the construction of the Jinjiang-Shishi branch line (Pengtian connecting line) of the Fuxia Expressway in Fujian Province, which was jointly won by the local state-owned construction enterprise Fujian First Highway Engineering Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Eighth Bureau and China Construction Fifth Bureau, with a winning bid amount of 3.55 billion yuan.
