Datang Liquor Shop Industrial Functional Park Construction Project
Located in Datang Town, Pujiang County, covering an area of about 1,092 acres, with a planned total investment of 2.4 billion yuan, the project plans to build a construction area of about 202,000 square meters, and plans to build logistics and warehousing rooms and standardized workshops, new centralized energy supply centers, sewage treatment plants and supporting roads. The project started in August 2023 and is currently undergoing main construction, which is scheduled to be completed in August 2026.
Sino-German (Pujiang) Railway Logistics Port Park Construction Project
Located in Heshan Street and Shou'an Street, Pujiang County, covering an area of about 1,500 acres, with a planned total investment of 2.5 billion yuan and a project construction area of about 232,000 square meters, it is planned to build municipal roads, warehousing and logistics bases and standardized workshops in the park, and an innovative service platform for Sino-German logistics parks. The project has started in January 2023, and is currently undergoing the construction of the municipal road subgrade and the main body of the house, and is scheduled to be completed in December 2026.
National Highway 108 Pujiang County Heshan Street to Lianjiang and Chengjia Section Reconstruction Project
(Puming Expressway) project
It is located in the section from Heshan Street to Lianjiang and Chengjia, with a planned total investment of 1.137 billion yuan and a planned construction of about 12.1 kilometers of first-class highways. The project started in March 2024 and is currently undergoing construction of the Dalin facility, which is scheduled to be completed in March 2026.
The first phase of the construction project of the core area of Pujiang Railway Logistics Port
Located in Shou'an Street, Pujiang County, it plans to invest about 1.72 billion yuan, with a construction area of about 120,000 square meters, to build a new bonded logistics center (type B), a multimodal transportation center, ABP facilities, supporting roads, a new logistics avenue and a special railway line operation area. The project started in December 2023 and is currently undergoing bridge foundation construction, which is scheduled to be completed in December 2026.
Pujiang County Changqiu Mountain Forest Park Protection and Construction Project (Phase I)
The project involves Shou'an Street, Heshan Street, Chaoyanghu Town and Chengjia Town, with a total planned investment of about 1.02 billion yuan, and plans to implement forest land restoration and transformation, build and renovate forest park ring roads, and support the construction of ecological parking lots, garbage collection and storage points, environmental protection public toilets, signage, remote video monitoring systems, etc. The project started in December 2023 and is currently undergoing foundation work, which is scheduled to be completed in October 2026.
