When the squatting working group walked into the Wanyuan Workers' Cultural Palace, they were greeted by all kinds of fully functional places and complete facilities, and the activities were even more colorful. The Wanyuan Federation of Trade Unions made full use of space and integrated resources to serve the workers, which made the squatting working group sincerely praise. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Gudongguan Street Federation of Trade Unions, the squatting working group had a face-to-face exchange with the local trade union cadres to understand their basic situation and the problems that need to be solved. Gudongguan Street is the only street in Wanyuan City, covering an area of 46 square kilometers, with 13 communities under its jurisdiction and a permanent population of 123834 people. This year, the Gudongguan Street Federation of Trade Unions has a total of 10 key tasks, covering ideological and political guidance, trade union position construction, enterprise democratic management, trade union organization construction, trade union fund management, assistance for employees in difficulty, employee medical security, trade union activities, new employment forms of workers joining the union, and maintaining political security in the labor field. It is hoped that the results of the work of the trade unions in Wanyuan City will be publicized more, the construction of the ranks of grassroots trade union cadres will be strengthened, and the training opportunities and quotas will be preferred, and the construction of trade union positions such as trade union stations will be strengthened and supported in terms of funds...... The squatting working group carefully wrote down the expectations and demands of the Wanyuan City and Gudongguan Street Federation of Trade Unions in their notebooks. "Your arrival will definitely bring new vitality and new atmosphere to the work of the trade unions in Wanyuan City and Gudongguan Street.
