In order to include the low-income population who meet the conditions of minimum living security and assistance and support for the extremely poor into the scope of basic living assistance in a timely manner, recently, the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Ewenki Autonomous Banner conducted an online comparison of the data of the low-income population, and formed an active discovery team offline to conduct a survey of the newly applied low-income families and extremely poor people in Yimin Sumu and Yimin Gacha. In the course of the investigation, the family income and family property owned by the family members who apply for the family living together are to be verified in detail, and the review and confirmation of social assistance is carried out in a standardized manner. Since the beginning of this year, the Evenki Autonomous Banner has added 66 new recipients of the subsistence allowance, added 8 new people in extreme poverty, and included 4 eligible persons who have applied for the subsistence allowance according to the "single household" into the scope of the subsistence allowance. At the same time, the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Evenki Autonomous Banner continued to create a diversified assistance model of "material assistance + service guarantee + development guidance", visited 75 social assistance recipients, and guided social forces to provide efficient services for 160 social assistance recipients, so as to improve the happiness index of the rescued recipients.
