At the event site, the staff distributed the "Hulunbuir City Urban Dog Management Regulations", "Hulunbuir City City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Regulations" and civilized dog breeding leaflets for residents, interpreted the dog breeding regulations in detail, and patiently answered questions related to dog breeding. The staff also came to some residential areas in the new district to distribute leaflets, and reminded them to register their dogs when walking dogs, to hold the dog leash when walking the dog, clean up the feces in a timely manner, and control the dog to take the initiative to avoid when encountering pedestrians, and use "a rope, a bag" to take action to maintain public health safety and the order of the city's appearance and environment.
