"Before the construction of high-standard farmland, the 230 acres of farmland here in our village were prone to water accumulation due to heavy rain due to the low-lying terrain, and were not rationally used. After the construction of high-standard farmland, the land was leveled, the ditches were dredged, and the flooding was no longer affected. In 2024, Jingzhou District plans to achieve a grain sowing area of 707,000 mu. At the construction site in Manan Village, Mashan Township, operating machinery is stepping up operations in the field. "Before, this place was all uneven, uneven small farmland, but the village's 1,300 acres of farmland was divided into 548 plots.
