This coffee shop belongs to the "king" by strength. The location can be said to be a little "casual", right next to a community, in a small house that resembles a security booth.
A row of small tables and chairs is placed in the open space outside, which is the café's drinking space.
Moreover, the choice of beans can be said to be "difficult to choose" friendly, and there are currently two selected beans. A Colombian Chiloso, an Ethiopian Coco.
When ordering, the boss will intimately introduce the difference between the two beans, Colombia is more refreshing, and Ethiopian beans will have a heavier fermented flavor.
After choosing the beans, choose the method, black coffee, milk coffee and special blends. The classic option is "All in one set", take a bite of each.
Since I had other coffee in my stomach before I came, I had to choose a black coffee with Ethiopian beans.
It does have a heavier sour taste when you drink it, and because it is a light roast, even if it is an Italian method, the bitterness is not obvious. It's my personal preference for American.

This small shop has appeared in "The Myth of Love" before, and it is said that the proprietress was a "beautiful" for a while after the movie was released haha.
It was almost Christmas when I went, and it was full of Christmas spirit.
There are coffee and brunch in the store, because the owner is from Guizhou, and the special products are related to Guizhou. For example, the prickly pear special blend is the selected Guizhou fruit, and the Guizhou sausage Benedict egg is also a combination of tomato-flavored mashed potatoes and Guizhou sausage, and the praise is good.
The special tune was praised too much by everyone, and it was too cold when I went, so I simply chose the hot Australian white.
Aobai can choose your own beans, with rich blended beans and fruity items. I chose a rich blend, and when you enter it, the bitterness is relatively high, and there will be a slight numbness on the tongue.
If you taste it carefully, you can drink it slightly sour, and the final sweetness is quite obvious, and the aftertaste has an aroma with herbaceous flavor. There are not many stores that can do a good job in Aobai, this one is one!
The young lady next door ordered a latte and I saw the owner pull a Santa Claus for her, which was super sweet.
The shop is also very comfortable, I sat from late in the evening until dark, watching the street lights outside turn on, which is a kind of warmth from winter.

This coffee shop, which took root on Yongkang Road in 2012, is mentioned by many people and will directly call it the enlightenment shop of their specialty coffee. Because of the relocation, I changed my position on Yongkang Road, but fortunately, I was still on Yongkang Road.
The restaurant has a warm community café atmosphere, and most of the customers are regulars, and there are also people like me who come here.
In terms of production, Italian style and hand punch each accounted for half of the country, I asked the boss to recommend a refreshing hand punch, drank Yunnan beans, Tianhao red wine sunburned.
After grinding the beans, the barista will bring them over and let them smell dry, fruity.
Every time I watch the barista brew coffee with great concentration, I feel that it is a thing full of ritual and anticipation.
When I got the coffee, the barista who tasted it first said "good, clean and soft".
However, when I took the first sip, it may have been related to sun-dried beans, and in fact, I drank a little bit of "miscellaneous taste", but not much.
The sourness of this one is more pronounced, and the aftertaste is more chocolatey. The taste is a little powdery, and it feels thick, but the smoothness is good, and you can drink it sweetly in the end.

However, if you want to talk about the "ceiling" of pour-over coffee, the coffe buff has to be counted.
This store is really full of "buffs", the manager Li Zhen is the champion barista, and the quality control Yang Gongzi is the judge of the three WCE competitions, although I didn't meet the two when I went.
But, the delicious coffee arrived!
Of course, if you drink pour-over, my favorite way is to ask the barista what better beans you have recently, or directly report the flavor you want to drink for the barista to recommend, so that there is generally no mistake.
At the moment, Geisha is the hottest thing in the store, but I was still attracted by the Tanzanian cranberries, and the red dates, hawthorn candy, and oolong tea on the flavor card aroused my curiosity.
If it is dry, you can smell the obvious jujube fragrance, and the wet fragrance will be heavier.
The entrance is very smooth, with a berry flavor of fruit acidity, and when it cools, the jujube aroma will be more pronounced, and the aroma of caramel can also be smelled later.

The decoration of this small shop is very desirable when you see it from afar.
The cement gray walls and several glass windows reveal a warm yellow halo inside, and in the drizzling winter, it is a street scene with its own warm colors.
The style of ordering in the store is also as "minimalist" as the decoration.
The first floor is specially blended and the second floor is Italian, with two coffee orders. There are six kinds of special blends, the name is numbered 1-6, three alcoholic and three non-contained, and there are three beans in Italy, each bean is a group of black coffee + milk coffee.
After drinking a variety of hand-poured Italian dishes, I chose a special No. 6 drink.
The whole is refreshing. The taste of lime and yellow peach is well combined, and it tastes slightly sour, and the aroma is dominated by yellow peach. The coffee itself has a little bit of fermented taste, and the process of drinking, the coffee taste is online the whole time.

Also because of the trouble of ice drops, there are not many shops willing to make ice drops.
And the ice drops must be made of good beans, so as to live up to the effort. And the M2F opposite Shanghai Studios, a glass of ice drops called "Godfather", really amazed me!
The beans used are barrel-fermented Honduran beans. When opened, the nose is greeted by the aroma of wine, followed by fruity aromas, with a hint of a tropical garden.
I was looking forward to the sourness of the beans, but I didn't expect it to be a very restrained "sourness", coupled with a mellow taste, the first reaction, the person who gave the name "Godfather", is too good!
After drinking, the sweetness is very fast, accompanied by a mouthful of fruity aroma, which is the happiness that good coffee will bring!
The manager is a Taiwanese sister, and her gray hair has a "time-honored" aura, giving people a sense of trustworthiness. Because I like ice drops very much, I chatted with the boss, so that I have added a lot of knowledge about ice drops, it is a nice shop!
Coffee is truly a magical drink, and when you need a pick-me-up, a simple cup of Luckin and Manner can provide simple happiness.
