The first phase of Zhongguancun (Jingxi) Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Park is located in Yongding Town, Mentougou District, with a total land area of about 8.5 hectares and a total construction scale of about 310,000 square meters. The project is located at the intersection of the east-west development axis of Chang'an Avenue and the Yongding River Ecological Development Belt, and will provide a one-stop integrated space for various functions such as artificial intelligence, innovation incubation, industrial investment, and financial services for the region after completion, and is the engine project of the emerging artificial intelligence industry in Mentougou District.
