As the first satellite manufacturing "lighthouse factory" in the Yangtze River Delta, the Gesi Aerospace Satellite Manufacturing Factory is also a key and difficult project in the construction of the project. "The construction period of the project, which normally takes 24 months to complete, should be completed within 18 months, and the project has high standards for leakage water, cleanliness and constant temperature and humidity. He Yibin introduced that for this reason, the project team innovatively adopted efficient operation plans such as "stable promotion of the region and full flow of partitions" to effectively improve construction efficiency, and finally completed the overall construction of the project in only 13.5 months, and with the support and coordination of multiple departments such as construction management, the completion filing process that originally took 2 months was shortened to half a month.
The commissioning of the Geeth Aerospace Satellite Manufacturing Plant has laid a new milestone for the cluster development of the satellite Internet industry in Lingang Songjiang Science and Technology City. Development of satellite Internet industry clusters

Sun Mei introduced that as early as March 2018, Yuanxin Satellite, a low-orbit satellite constellation operation company led by Lianhe Investment, a Shanghai investment platform, was established in Lingang Songjiang Science and Technology City. In 2023, Shanghai will release a three-year action plan to build a highland for the space information industry, forming a commercial aerospace space layout of "core main body + east and west wings" around the Lingang Satellite Manufacturing Cluster Area and Songjiang Satellite Industry Base. Taking advantage of this, the third phase of the Science and Technology Oasis project will position the industry as the core industry with satellite Internet, and accelerate the agglomeration of emerging industries in the project by relying on the advantages of the entire Science and Technology City in the fields of industrial Internet and smart medical care. With the core goal of building a world-class benchmark demonstration base for satellite R&D, manufacturing and operation, the project will link the nine cities of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, accelerate the gathering of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and build the first satellite Internet industry cluster in China that integrates resource gathering, display, R&D and application landing.

At the same time, the park is building a high-quality incubator for the satellite Internet industry, and has signed contracts to settle in a number of satellite Internet start-ups to build a complete industrial ecology.
