The first phase of the Fujian Haiyuan Huabo Equipment Science and Technology Industrial Park project, located in the Minhou Economic Development Center, not only has the largest photovoltaic power generation project in the county, but also "moves" the industrial plant upstairs

The project is invested and constructed by Fujian Haiyuan Huabo Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., with a total area of about 213 acres, constructed in two phases, and plans to build a new intelligent industrial complex integrating high-standard workshops, R&D and office of heavy industry. Among them, the first phase of the project has a land area of about 24,200 square meters, an above-ground construction area of about 94,600 square meters, and a total investment of about 500 million yuan, which is composed of two standardized workshops and corresponding supporting facilities. At present, the first phase of the project has been successfully completed and delivered, and the equipment installation is in full swing.

The project plant is the first concrete structure of 7.8 meters high in a single layer of standardized workshop, the floor load of each layer is 1.5 tons per square meter, enough to meet the production needs of most enterprises; in addition, the building is also equipped with 10 large freight elevators with a load of 5 tons to solve the problem of vertical transportation, which is not only convenient for large equipment to go upstairs directly, but also to ensure the efficient operation of the whole building in the later stage.

For the first batch of enterprises settled in the park, Fujian Mailang Duoduo Technology Food Co., Ltd., the superior and convenient loading and unloading transportation conditions of the park are the primary reason for attracting enterprises to settle in. On the first floor of the project building, the 5.5-meter-wide unloading dock is equipped with up to 82 lifts, which greatly facilitates the loading and unloading of trucks. With the location advantage of the park being only 1 km away from the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, the freight time of enterprises is greatly reduced.

In addition to the superior hardware conditions and location advantages, the park also has water, electricity, fire protection, intelligent monitoring systems and other supporting resources.

The second phase of the photovoltaic power generation project in the park is also about to start construction, laying photovoltaic panels for two new factories with a total of 20,000 square meters, which is expected to be connected to the grid for power generation by August. At that time, the average annual power generation scale of the park will exceed 9 million kWh, effectively optimizing the power consumption structure of enterprises in the park, reducing the electricity cost of enterprises, and helping the park to transform and upgrade to green and intelligent.
