According to reports, compared with the traditional seeder, the electrically driven air-suction corn seeder controls the seed sowing depth, plant spacing and other parameters through the electronic control system, so as to achieve the effect of accurate sowing. During the seeding process, the machine can monitor and control the seeding parameters in real time to ensure the stability and consistency of seeding, and the seeder also has the function of automatic fault detection and elimination, which can greatly reduce the failure rate and maintenance costs.
"Its biggest advantage is that it has improved the planting speed while maintaining the quality of the seeding, and it has doubled the planting speed. Under the same circumstances, 500 to 600 acres of land can be sown in one day with electric drive, which greatly shortens our sowing period. The sowing test will record in detail the production efficiency, seedling quality, crop yield and other data of the electric drive air-suction corn seeder and the traditional mechanical corn seeder at different operating speeds, so as to provide a technical decision-making basis for the city to accelerate the demonstration and promotion of high-performance seeders and improve the yield of grain crops.

It is understood that since 2018, the city has invested more than 7 million yuan to build the first district and county integrated agricultural machinery intelligent demonstration park in the region, and the park has built a 300 square meter intelligent control visual center, at present, the platform can manage and monitor 1 intelligent agricultural machinery demonstration base (unmanned farm) and 5 intelligent agricultural machinery service centers at the rural level, 250 sets of intelligent monitoring equipment, 48 platform operating companies and cooperatives, and a total of 650,000 mu of monitored operation area。
