Promote high-quality development. (2) Accelerate the use of data and intelligence. The intelligent building of civil aviation is in full swing, and we need to speed up the pace of use under the promotion of new quality productivity. In terms of safety, whether in the air or on the ground, data and intelligence should be used as soon as possible to ensure safe production and improve the safety level of civil aviation. For example, the use of big data for safety analysis, the use of artificial intelligence in the application of flight safety monitoring, etc., to improve the safety factor and ensure safety. In terms of service, we should abandon the mismatch between equipment and service process, overcome the disadvantages of intelligent equipment as soon as possible, and make informatization and intelligent equipment conform to the service process through big data, artificial intelligence and other technical means, so that it can truly serve passengers conveniently and quickly, and increase the happiness of passengers. 3. Accelerate the integration into the low-altitude economy, promote the development of general aviation, realize the simultaneous flight of both wings, and promote the high-quality development of civil aviation

Civil aviation should accelerate the integration of low-altitude economy and related industries, should actively explore new application areas of low-altitude economy, combined with the characteristics of low-altitude economy and market demand, develop new aviation service products, expand business scope, and enhance the overall economic benefits. For example, short-distance transportation, air tours, aviation logistics, etc., promote the development of low-altitude economic industries through innovation, broaden the new space for the development of general aviation, lay a solid foundation for civil aviation to fly together, and promote high-quality development.
