After inquiry, it was learned that the driver's surname was Long, Long was doing farm work in the field during the day, and when he came home to eat on a busy day, he found that his hands were a little painful, so he poured himself 2 taels of medicinal wine and drank it, and after the meal, he rode a motorcycle to the mine to go to work, and found that there was a public security traffic police investigation point in front of him at the investigation site, thinking that he had just drunk 2 taels of medicinal wine, and he was a little frightened in his heart, so he parked the motorcycle on the side of the road and turned off the lights in an attempt to avoid inspection.
According to relevant laws and regulations, Long will face 12 points on his driver's license, a suspension of his driver's license for 6 months, and a fine of 1,000 for the illegal act of driving a motor vehicle after drinking.
