He stressed that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and important instructions on party discipline study and education, conscientiously implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the provincial and municipal party committees, carry out party discipline study and education in a solid manner, focus on rectifying unhealthy trends and corruption around the masses, educate and guide the majority of party members and cadres to enhance their sense of discipline and rules, faithfully practice the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and promote new breakthroughs in various undertakings with new results in comprehensively and strictly governing the party.
He Zhongwei successively came to Dagan Community, Shenjiamen Street, Putuo District, and Nanao Village, Donggang Street, to learn more about the village community listing and cleaning, "formalism on the fingertips" rectification, clean village construction, party member discipline training and other work, he asked for further research and exploration of public service related mechanisms, break the "each in charge of one stall" and "each for the fight" service model, strengthen service integration, and vigorously improve the grassroots service capacity.
