In terms of investment scale, the total investment in infrastructure projects is required to be no less than 1 billion yuan, and the total investment in industrial development, social livelihood and ecological and environmental protection projects is not less than 500 million yuan. In addition, in principle, the project must have completed the procedures for approval, approval or filing, the construction unit, construction scale and construction site have been determined, and the source of funds has been confirmed.

It is reported that in 2024, the city will have a total of 765 paving projects, including 9 key projects in Hunan Province, with a total investment of 48.55 billion yuan, and a planned investment of 10.17 billion yuan in 2024. There are 80 key projects in Changsha, with a total investment of 109.524 billion yuan, with a planned investment of 27.808 billion yuan in 2024, and an investment of 9.348 billion yuan from January to March, completing 33.62% of the annual plan. Ningxiang Century Cloud ultra-large Internet data center project. Build a super-large data center park with an area of 125,000 square meters. Among them, there are 5 IDC buildings, 1 110 substation and 1 comprehensive building, with a total of 10,000 cabinets. Changsha Xianghua Secondary Vocational School Gray Tang New Campus Project. The construction of 100,000 square meters of school buildings, covering comprehensive buildings, teaching buildings, training bases, canteens, student dormitories, teachers' apartments, sports venues, etc.
Ningxiang Xingbang Intelligent International Intelligent Manufacturing Project. With a construction area of 670,000 square meters, the construction of an intelligent international intelligent manufacturing city project will be carried out, and the production lines and spare parts production bases of self-propelled straight arm, self-curved arm, self-propelled scissors, spider type, vehicle-mounted type, sleeve type and other types of aerial work platforms will be laid out.
Ningxiang Zhongwei advanced functional powder material industry project. Construction of silver-based integrated industrial projects, high-end silver powder pilot lines, diversified trial production bases and expansion of silver-based, platinum and palladium-based materials.
Changsha Fodi lithium-ion battery supporting production project. The new Pack production workshop, electrolyte production workshop, BMS workshop, NPS workshop, staff dormitory, etc., with a planned construction area of 141,000 square meters, 4 new Pack production lines, electrolyte production lines, battery after-sales maintenance, and cascade utilization production lines.
Ningxiang micro-nano Kunchen aero engine special high-performance superalloy industrialization project. With a construction area of 99,000 square meters, it will build a new material engineering industrialization base and a complex components and system integration manufacturing production base, produce ultra-high temperature lightweight refractory metal-based composite new materials, complex components and system integration, and build new production plants, comprehensive buildings, expert buildings, warehouses, distribution stations, ammonia decomposition rooms, etc.
Ningxiang Chutian Science and Technology Biomedical and Life Science Industry Base Project. Implement the localization of core components in the field of pharmaceutical equipment, and the industrialization of biomedical consumables, CDMO platforms, antibodies, mRNA vaccines and other life science fields.
Chutian Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project. Construction of intelligent central workshop, intelligent post-contracting workshop, talent apartment, testing center, product comprehensive laboratory building, laboratory, SUT building, 3 workshops and other buildings.
Supporting infrastructure project of Jinzhou New Town Industrial Functional Area. It mainly builds the first phase of DunAn environmental purification equipment intelligent production base, 100,000 tons of lithium battery anode materials and lithium battery equipment project, Weishui Bay Blue Moon Valley nine-year school and Jinzhou New Town "two vertical and two horizontal" supporting infrastructure.
