On April 14, the main structure of the open-cut section of Shenwei Street Station ~ Chaobai Street Station of the rail transit line 22 project was successfully capped, laying a solid foundation for the smooth breakthrough of the left line of Shenchao.

Rail Transit Line 22 (Pinggu Line) is the first inter-provincial urban rail transit line in Beijing and Hebei, and it is also a landmark line to build a high-quality "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the track". The project starts from Dongdaqiao in Chaoyang District, Beijing in the west, and ends in Pinggu New Town, Beijing, passing through Chaoyang District, Tongzhou District, Sanhe City, Pinggu District and other areas in Hebei Province, connecting key functional areas such as Beijing's Central Business District, City Sub-center, Yanjiao, Pinggu New Town, etc., with a total length of about 81.2 kilometers. The total length of the line in the second working area undertaken by the company is about 9.94 kilometers, including Shenwei Street Station, Shenwei Street Station ~ Chaobai Street Station Section, Chaobai Street Station, Chaobai Street Station ~ High-rise Station Section, High-rise Station, High-rise Station ~ Qixinzhuang Station Shield Section, a total of 1 station and 3 sections.

The excavation section of Shenchao adopts bored enclosure pile + internal support system, with complex geological conditions, small construction site, abundant groundwater, and difficult construction. During the construction period, the project team carried out many deduction studies from the aspects of construction organization, technical scheme, resource allocation and emergency support, and adopted four new processes such as automatic monitoring and aerodynamic precipitation to ensure that the risks in the excavation process of the foundation pit were controllable. At the same time, the project team is guided by high quality, strictly controls the construction quality, strictly implements the "first article acceptance" system, controls every process and controls every link, and realizes the smooth capping of the main structure of the open cut section, which lays a solid foundation for the smooth penetration of the Shenchao left line shield, and also provides practical construction experience and standards for the remaining open cut sites of the project.

In the follow-up work, the project team will continue to carry forward the enterprise spirit of "self-improvement and forge ahead, always strive for the first", anchor the construction period node goal without relaxation, scientifically organize construction and production, strictly implement the requirements of "integration of party building, safety, environmental protection and quality", comprehensively strengthen on-site control, carefully organize construction and production, and contribute to building high-quality projects.

After the completion of Beijing Rail Transit Line 22 (Pinggu Line), it will only take 9 minutes to reach the sub-center of Beijing from Yanjiao and 29 minutes to the center of Beijing. The rapid interconnection of rail transit will be realized in the central urban area of Beijing, the sub-center, Sanhe City and Pinggu District, which is of great significance for promoting the integrated and high-quality development of Tongzhou District and the three northern counties, driving regional economic revitalization and improving people's livelihood.
