On the afternoon of April 12, Wujin Court released the White Paper on Bankruptcy Trial (2021-2023) and simultaneously released typical cases of bankruptcy trial.
It is reported that from 2021 to 2023, the Wujin Court will accept a total of 264 bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation cases (including 30 old ones), and conclude 245 bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation cases. Through bankruptcy liquidation, 237 enterprises such as "Longde Real Estate", "Dacheng Textile" and "Yilin Garden" have successfully withdrawn from the market, and idle assets have been able to regain their benefits; In the past three years, a total of 12.834 billion yuan of non-performing debts have been resolved, 4.37 billion yuan of assets have been revitalized, 575,361.88 square meters of land resources have been released, and 2,204 employees have been resettled, ranking among the best in the evaluation of the province's business environment "handling bankruptcy".

Bankruptcy trial is an important judicial means for the people's courts to serve and ensure supply-side structural reform and high-quality development of the regional economy. In order to effectively promote the bankruptcy trial work, the Wujin Court included the "liquidation of long-term unfinished bankruptcy cases" into the "number one" project, with the secretary of the party group and the president of the court as the first responsible person, directly deploying, directly interrogating, and directly coordinating major matters, and comprehensively clearing up the backlog of cases through semi-monthly notification and formulating a case clearance plan.
"We regard bankruptcy trial work as a 'game of chess' project, set up a special class for the management of bankruptcy case trial work, and form a full-chain bankruptcy trial work mechanism of 'consultation, implementation, assessment, publicity, and promotion'. Bu Xin, president of the Second Civil Division of Wujin Court, told reporters that in the past three years, six long-term bankruptcy cases of more than 5 years have been cleared in one fell swoop, and all cases that have not been concluded for more than 3 years have been cleared.
