According to the information obtained by the Beacon Front Station, the US Navy's P-8A took off from the Kadena base in the Ryukyus, and then crossed the Miyako Strait into the airspace of the East China Sea, realizing a military operation across the Taiwan Strait from north to south.

With regard to the passage through the Taiwan Strait, the US Navy's Seventh Fleet has always stated that it wants to fulfill its commitment to regional peace and stability, and then pointed out that the crossing of the Taiwan Strait is part of "sailing only," and the US Navy will also emphasize the so-called "international waters," but in fact the United States is "using strong words." The PLA has used fighter planes to track, monitor, and alert the US Navy's P-8A anti-submarine planes that have crossed the Taiwan Strait, thus achieving a disposition in accordance with laws and regulations, and the Eastern Theater's statement has clearly sent a signal that if the US Navy crosses the red line, the PLA fighters will not be polite.
In fact, during the video call between the Chinese and US defense ministers, the Chinese side had already told the US side that the Taiwan issue was China's core interest, but the US Navy was still "going its own way" and was already quite-for-tat, thus trying to send a wrong signal to the Democratic Progressive Party on Taiwan Island, thus exposing the US intention to hollow out the "one-China policy", so it cannot have illusions about the United States.
