BYD Wang Chuanfu announced at a recent press conference that BYD will launch the fifth-generation DM-i hybrid technology in May this year, which will reduce fuel consumption to 2.9 liters per 100 kilometers and reach an astonishing 2,000 kilometers on a full fuel. This new technology will further enhance BYD's competitiveness in the market.

Previously, some media exposed some parameter information of Qin L: the new car is expected to be equipped with the fifth-generation DM-i hybrid system, a new hybrid chassis codenamed "P5", and a front MacPherson rear four-link independent suspension. In addition, the Qin L also provides two battery packs with different capacities, with a pure electric range of 60 km and 90 km respectively, to meet the different electrification needs of consumers.

The launch of Qin L will undoubtedly further enrich BYD's product line and meet the needs of more consumers. Looking forward to the performance of this new car in the market, it is expected to continue the popularity of the fifth-generation DM-i model and continue to promote the development of BYD Auto.
