Strengthen the youth position and formulate the "four lists". Focusing on the needs of young people in the jurisdiction, the Longyuan Community Youth League Branch has accurately formulated four lists of "demand list, resource list, project list, and shared services", fully excavated the idle space of "Golden Horn and Silver Edge" in the community, and made efficient use of youth homes and community property office spaces. Problems are solved in the grid, hidden dangers are investigated in the grid, disputes are resolved in the grid, and services are provided in the grid.
Strengthen team building and gather "youth power". In accordance with the requirements of the "1+4+X" grid force, each urban community grid is equipped with 1 full-time grid member and 4 part-time grid members (1 community worker, 1 police officer in the jurisdiction section, 1 property management personnel, and 1 party member of the new employment group), and also fully absorbs youth grid volunteers, retired veteran party members, and enthusiastic residents into the grid governance team, enriches and strengthens the "X" force, fully dispatches and guides the youth in the jurisdiction to actively participate in community governance, serve the residents, and provide normalized, personalized and accurate services"Leading" the charge and injecting strong "green energy" into the work of the community.
Strengthen the operation mechanism and broaden the "service items". Make good use of the three teams of "Volunteer Service Team + Joint Prevention and Control + Group Prevention and Treatment" and the "Six Must Visit" service mechanism, create a "source circle" volunteer service project, give full play to the leading role of grid members, carry out "love zero distance" service activities, and carry out more than 300 activities in various service forms such as condolences and assistance to the elderly, disabled and people in distress in the jurisdiction, benefiting more than 1,500 people, with a total amount of more than 20,000 yuan in cash and materials. With the joint construction of the grid as the starting point, we will absorb young volunteers, schools and other organizations who are enthusiastic about public welfare, set up "Little Bee" and "Red Scarf" propaganda groups, create a "micro-classroom of the party's theoretical knowledge education", preach the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, ethnic policies and ethnic theories, and constantly forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
